应用镍钛记忆合金接骨板治疗老年多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of Elderly Multiple Rib Fractures Patients Treated by Nickel Titanium Memory Alloy Plate

目的探讨应用镍钛记忆合金接骨板治疗老年多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取甘肃省定西市第二人民医院骨科已确诊为多发性肋骨骨折的老年患者87例,按就诊顺序分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者行常规保守治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上应用镍钛记忆合金接骨板内固定手术治疗。记录两组患者的一般资料及治疗后呼吸机的使用情况、疼痛评分及并发症的发生情况。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者应用镇痛药用量较少(P<0.05)、疼痛感觉评分较低(P<0.05)、住院天数及呼吸支持天数较少(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论应用镍钛记忆合金接骨板在老年多发性肋骨骨折患者的内固定治疗中得到较好的治疗效果,具有重要的临床意义。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of elderly multiple rib fractures by nickel titanium memory alloy plate. METHOD 78 elderly multiple rib fracture patients from the department of orthopedics in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by order of medical treatment. The general information, ventilator use, pain score and complications were compared after treatment. RESULT Compared with the control group, the dosage of analgesics were lower（P〈0.05）, the pain score were lower（P〈0.05）, the length of stay in hospital and respiratory support were shorter（P〈0.05）, the adverse reaction rate were lower（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Application of nickel titanium memory alloy plate in elderly multiple rib fractures fixation in the treatment of getting a better therapeutic effect with important clinical significance.
