摘要
目的研究龙利叶茎水提液的急性毒性和抗炎作用。方法采用寇氏法对龙利叶茎水提液的急性毒性进行研究;以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性等急性炎症模型,小鼠棉球肉芽肿的慢性炎症模型评价龙利茎水提液的抗炎作用。结果龙利叶茎水提液的LD_(50)为160.55 g·kg^(-1),高剂量的龙利叶茎水提液对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,高、中、低剂量的龙利叶茎水提液均能降低小鼠棉球肉芽肿的湿重,但龙利叶茎水提液对醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响较小。结论龙利叶茎水提液毒性较小,具有较好的抗炎作用。
Objective To study acute toxicity,anti-inflammatory effect of water extract of the stem of Sauropus rostratus Miq.Methods The LD50 level of the water extract was determined by modified Karber's method,Dimethylbenzene-induced auricle edema in mice,capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and cotton ball-induced granuloma in mice were respectively performed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of stem of Sauropus rostratus Miq. Results The LD50 level of water extract of stem of Sauropus rostratus Miq. was 160. 55 g·kg^(-1). The auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and catton ball-induced granuloma in mice were inhibited significantly by water extract of stem of Sauropus rostratus Miq.,capillary permeability induced by acetic acid was not inhibited. Conclusion The water extract had low toxicity and had anti-inflammatory effect.
