海蛇风湿胶囊的提取工艺优化

Optimization of the extraction process of Haishe Rheumatism Capsule

目的对海蛇风湿胶囊的提取工艺进行优化。方法以总甾体含量及干膏得率的综合分数为指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,对提取工艺进行优化。结果海蛇风湿胶囊的最佳提取工艺参数为采用10倍量75%乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次1h。结论该工艺稳定可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction process for Haishe Rheumatism Capsule. Methods With the evaluation of the total score of steroid content and the yield of dry extract,the extraction parameters,such as ethanol concentration,solvent volume,extraction duration and extraction times,were investigated through L9（ 34） orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum process was adding 10 times of 75% ethanol,refluxing for 1. 0h and extracting for three times. Conclusion This optimized extraction process is proved to be applicable for the extraction for Haishe Rheumatism Capsule.
