不同干燥条件下云木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量的高效液相色谱法测定 被引量:8

Contents of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in Saussurea costus( Falc. ) Lipech.with Different Drying Temperature by HPLC

摘要 目的考察不同干燥条件下云木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。方法以甲醇为溶剂,超声提取,采用HPLC法对不同温度条件下干燥的云木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量进行测定。结果三个干燥条件下,木香烃内酯的含量最高为1.73%,最低为1.39%;去氢木香内酯的含量最高为3.55%,最低为2.83%。结论木香的最佳干燥条件为40℃,在此条件下进行云木香的干燥处理,对木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的破坏最小。 Objective To determine the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Saussurea costus with different drying temperature. Methods Extracted by microwave-assisted methanol using methol and determined the content of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone by HPLC. Results Among the different temperature conditions,the highest content of costunolide was 1.73% and the lowest was 1. 39%,the highest content of dehydrocostuslactone was 3. 55 % and the lowest was 2. 83 %. Conclusion The contents of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were the highest at 40℃ which was the optimum drying temperature.
