摘要
目的建立肉桂非挥发部分总黄酮含量测定的优选方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,利用Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH和HCl-Mg等两种不同的显色方法测定肉桂总黄酮的含量,优选合适的方法。结果通过比较,采用盐酸镁粉法进行测定时,在535nm波长下,样品在0.50~1.50 mg/m L范围内,吸光度与所测的质量浓度有良好的性线关系,R2=0.9996。回收率89.27%,RSD为1.24%,总黄酮含量为4.47%。结论该优选的测定方法操作简便快速,具有较好的精密度、重现性,适合肉桂中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective To establish anoptimum method for determination of total flavonoids in nonvolatile part of Cinnamomum cassia Presl. Methods Using rutin as the standard sample,the content of totalflavonoids was assayed,compared and selected by two different colorimetry methods,including Na NO2-Al( NO3)3-Na OH colorimetry and HCl-Mg colorimetry. Results The total flavonoids was successfully determined by HCl-Mg system,the linear range varied from 0. 50 ~ 1. 50 mg / m L( r = 0. 9996),the average recovery was 89. 27%,RSD = 1. 24%( n = 7),The flavonoids content is 4. 47%. Conclusion HCl-Mg colorimetrymethod appears to be an accurate,reliable and repeatable system for determination of total flavonoids in Cinnamon.
