摘要
目的研究为揭示不同产地金银花形态特征差异及影响其差异的主导气候因子。方法对山东、河南、河北、江苏、湖北、陕西6个金银花产区14个产地的8个形态特征(包括花蕾形态大小及显微特征的相关性状)进行测定,并对14个产地的金银花进行了聚类分析。在此基础上,对不同产地金银花的形态特征与地理气候因子间的相关性进行分析。结果不同产地金银花形态特征差异显著,同一产地腺毛非腺毛比值在一定范围内,可为金银花产地划分提供基本依据;聚类分析将14个产地按形态特征聚为2类。结论金银花形态特征并没有明显的地理区域性;相关性分析结果表明降雨量是影响花蕾大小的主导气候因子,且二者呈显著负相关,腺毛非腺毛比值与7月份平均气温呈显著负相关,与6月份降雨量呈显著正相关。
In order to reveal the characteristic differences from different groups and the dominant climatic factors affecting characteristics of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,eight morphological traits( including related traits of bud morphology and size and microscopic characteristics) of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos from 14 origins belonging 6 areas of Shandong,Henan,Hebe,Jiangsu,Hubei,Shaanxi are analyzed. The 14 origins of Lonicera Japonica Flos are classified by using cluster analysis. On this basis,using the correlation analysis to explore the correlation between Lonicera Japonica Flos morphological index and climatic factor. The results show that,morphological characteristics of Lonicera Japonica Flos from different groups are significantly different. The ratio of glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs of the same origin within a certain range,which can provide the fundamental basis for the division of Lonicera Japonica Flos origin; 14 origins according to morphological characteristics can be clustered into two categories,the results show that morphological characteristics of Lonicera Japonica Flos have no obvious geographical regional; Correlation analysis shows that the rainfall is the dominant climatic factor affecting the size of the buds,and they are significantly negatively. the ratio of glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs and the average temperature in July are significantly negatively correlated,and rainfall in June are significantly positively correlated.
