摘要
目的研究不同栽培基质对袋料栽培灵芝生长过程中基质内营养物质及菌丝胞外酶活的影响。方法分别选取棉籽壳、玉米芯和杂木屑作为栽培基质对灵芝进行熟料袋式栽培,同时研究灵芝不同生长时期基质中各部位总糖、还原糖、水溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量的变化规律;以及不同时期基质中各部位漆酶、锰过氧化物酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、滤纸酶和酸性蛋白酶的活力变化规律。结果玉米芯中的糖类和蛋白类物质含量及胞外酶活力高于棉籽壳和杂木屑,其中玉米芯对基质中总糖含量和木质素降解酶系的影响最大。结论在袋料栽培灵芝过程中,不同栽培基质对灵芝基质中营养物质的含量和菌丝胞外酶活力大小有明显影响,其中玉米芯基质最为明显。
Objective To study the effects of different culture media on nutrition content and enzyme activity during growth cycle of cultured Ganoderma lucidum. Methods G. lucidum was adopted by bag cultivation with cottonseed hulls,corncob,sawdust,respectively. The variations of the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,water-soluble protein,and free amino acids in different stages of different fractions and the changes of activities of laccase,manganese peroxidase,carboxymethyl cellulase,hemicellulase,filter paper enzyme and acidic protease at different parts of different stages were studied. Results Compare with cottonseed shell and sawdust,corncob affect the nutrients content of G. lucidum in medium,and promote the activity of extracellular enzymes,especially the content of total sugar and lignin enzymes. Conclusion Different cultivation media of G. lucidum only influence the content of nutrients and the activity of extracellular enzymes in the medium,especially corncob.
