摘要
首次用PAGE技术、Appraise^(TM)光密度仪与高效液相色谱氨基酸自动分析仪,扫描分析血吸虫病兔血清的蛋白组分和游离氨基酸的水平动态,在其感染后第 42天与第49天呈现蛋白区带10~14条的泳谱中DEF(γ)比移率最宽(8.85~37.87%),蛋白质分别增多16.80%和23.03%为感染前1.94与2.29倍(P<0.001),此与同期血清游离氨基酸中甘、组(P<0.001)、异亮及赖氨酸(P<0.05)明显增多有关。泳谱中M(Alb)蛋白量较之感染前减少20.91%与23.78%(P<0.01)。病兔心包积液呈现蛋白区带12条,γ-球蛋白含23.50%较其同期(第46天)血清的34.67%为低,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。
The results using PAGE technic as well as scanning of Appraise?light-density to determine the protein composition and its change in 22 rabbits schistosomiasis antisera were estimated. 10-14 different protein bands were shown out in the electrophoresis in which the amount(%) of γ-globulin (34. 67±1. 47; 40. 90±2. 09) increased very significantly (P<0. 01) after infection 42 and 49 days than those of the control series (17. 87±3. 21) before infection. These facts showed the relation to the increasing of the glycine,histidine,isoleucine and lysine in their serum by the method of Waters HPLC-AAAS. 12 different protein bands in pericardiac fluid of a sick rabbit after 46 days infection was estimated in which the amount(%) of γ-globulin (23. 50) was lower than those of its serum (34. 67) (P>0. 05).
