分析改良式剖宫产术应用在前置胎盘治疗中的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Modified Cesarean Section in Treatment of Placenta Praevia

目的通过客观评价改良式剖宫产术应用在前置胎盘治疗中的临床效果,寻找提升前置胎盘患者预后效果的临床方案。方法以随机法选择该院2011年8月—2015年8月接收的40例前置胎盘患者(实验组),予以改良式剖宫产术方案;同期选择40例前置胎盘患者(对照组),予以传统手术治疗。在对所有入选患者手术指征、治疗结果深入观察的基础上,客观对比各项临床数据。结果上述患者中,实验组入选患者手术时长(27.59±0.49)min,术后第1天的排气率22.50%,出血量(224.67±51.66)m L,与对照组对比有优势(P<0.05)。结论对于前置胎盘患者,选择改良式剖宫产术不仅可以加快患者恢复,还能够降低疼痛感,效果突出。

Objective To find the clinical plan of improving prognosis effects in patients with placenta praevia by objectively evaluate modified cesarean section in treatment of placenta praevia. Methods 80 cases of patients with placenta praevia treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the experimental group were given modified cesarean section plan, the control group were given traditional operation treatment, the various clinical data were objectively compared on the basis of close observation of operation indications and treatment results of all selected patients. Results The operation time, exhaust rate on the first day after operation and the bleeding amount in the experimental group were respectively（27.59±0.49）min, 22.50% and（224.67±51.66）ml, which had advantages compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified cesarean section in treatment of placenta praevia can not only accelerate the recovery of patients but also reduce the pain, whose effect is outstanding.
