观察慢性有瘘型根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的临床疗效

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of One-visit Root Canal Therapy for Chronic Fistula Type Periapical Periodontitis

目的观察并分析慢性有瘘型根尖周炎采用一次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2013年1月—2014年12月来该院治疗的慢性根尖周炎有瘘型患者100例(患牙共110颗),将其随机分为观察组和常规组,观察组50例,患牙56颗,常规组50例,患牙54颗。其中常规组采用多次性根管治疗术,观察组采用一次性根管治疗术,比较两组患者治疗过程中的疼痛情况与远期治愈率。结果疼痛分级。观察组:0级4例,Ⅰ级32例,Ⅱ级11例,Ⅲ级3例;常规组:0级4例,Ⅰ级33例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级4例,比较两组的疼痛情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。远期疗效:观察组和常规组的治愈率分别为94.64%和94.44%,比较两组的远期治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是观察组的治疗方式更简便、经济、省时。结论采用一次性根管治疗慢性有瘘型根尖周炎可以确保良好的治疗效果,且耗时短、操作简便、经济,可作为疾病治疗的首选方法。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of one-visit root canal therapy for chronic fistula type periapical periodontitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic fistula type periapical periodontitis（110 teeth in total） treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with50 cases in each, the conventional group（ 56 teeth） were treated with multiple- visit root canal, the observation group were treated with one-visit root canal, the pain during the treatment and long-term cure rate of the two groups were compared.Results Pain grading： in the observation：4 cases were grade 0, 32 cases were grade Ⅰ, 11 cases were grade Ⅱ, 3 cases were grade Ⅲ; in the conventional group： 4 cases were grade 0, 33 cases were grade Ⅰ, 9 cases were grade Ⅱ, 4 cases were grade Ⅲ, the pain between the two groups were not obviously different（P〉0.05）. long-term curative effect： the difference in the long-term cure rate between the observation group and the conventional group were not obvious（P〉0.05）, however, the treatment way in the observation group were more simple, economical and time saving. Conclusion One-visit root canal therapy for chronic fistula type periapical periodontitis can ensure good treatment effects with short time consuming and easy and economical operation, which can be used as the preferred method in treating diseases.
