指动脉终末背侧支为蒂的中节指背岛状皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损

Middle Finger Dorsal Island Skin Flap with the Dorsal Branch of the Artery in the Repair of Soft Tissue Defect at the Finger Tips

目的探讨指动脉终末背侧支为蒂的中节指背岛状皮瓣在临床中的应用。方法自2011年4月—2015年3月,该院用指动脉终末背侧支为蒂的中节指背岛状皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损伤共22例。皮瓣面积大小1.0 cm×1.5 cm^1.5 cm×2.0 cm^2。术中利用指神经背侧支修复重建皮瓣感觉。结果该组随访时间3~12个月。22例皮瓣全部存活,其中3例皮瓣术后出现水泡,经3周左右换药后愈合。所有皮瓣经3个月以上随访,皮瓣感觉恢复均达到S2及以上。结论指动脉终末背侧支为蒂的中节指背岛状皮瓣操作简单,对患指创伤较小,利于基层医院开展。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of middle finger dorsal island skin flap with the dorsal branch of the artery. Methods There were 22 cases of patients in total with soft tissue defect at the finger tips repaired by middle finger dorsal island skin flap with the dorsal branch of the artery in our department from April 2011 to March 2015, the size of skin flap was 1.0 cm×1.5 cm-1.5 cm×2.0 cm. The skin flap sensation was repaired and reconstructed by dorsal branch of digital nerve in the operation. Results The follow-up time of the patients was for 3 to 12 months, all 22 skin flaps survived,among them, blister occurred in 3 cases after skin flap operation, and the 3 case were cured after 3 weeks of dressing change or so, all skin flaps were followed up for more than 3 months, the skin flap sensation recovery reached S2 or above.Conclusion Middle finger dorsal island skin flap with the dorsal branch of the artery has an easy operation and has small trauma to the patients, and it conducive to the development of grass-roots hospitals.
