长春西汀与胞二磷胆碱治疗脑梗塞对于脑功能恢复疗效的对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨长春西汀和胞二磷胆碱应用于脑梗塞患者后各自脑功能恢复情况,以了解两种药物的临床实际疗效。方法采用回顾性分析2012年4月—2015年4月在该院住院治疗的103例脑梗塞患者,按照随机原则分为两组,其中49例患者采用单纯的胞二磷胆碱治疗(对照组),另54例患者采用长春西汀联合胞二磷胆碱治疗(试验组),对比两组患者不同治疗方案后的临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及神经功能缺失评分。结果对照组患者总有效率是53.06%(26/49),试验组患者则高达75.93%(41/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外对照组患者不良反应发生率为4.08%(2/49),而试验组则为3.70%(2/54),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上对于脑梗塞患者在治疗过程中采用长春西汀联合胞二磷胆碱治疗的有效率要高于单一的胞二磷胆碱用药,帮助患者尽快的恢复脑功能,尽可能重新步入社会。 Objective To discuss the each brain function recovery condition after vinpocetine and cytidine diphosphate choline treatment for cerebral infarction to know the clinical actual curative effect of the two drugs. Methods 103 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into control group with 49 cases and the test group with 54 cases, the control group were merely treated with citicoline, the test group were treated with vinpocetine combined with cytidine diphosphate choline, the clinical curative effect, incidence of adverse reactions and neurological function deficiency score of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 53.06%(26/49)in the control group and 75.93%(41/54) in the test group, the difference was obvious(P〈0. 05); in addition, the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.08%(2/49) in the control group and 3.70%(2/54) in the test group, and the difference was not obvious(P 〉0.05). Conclusion The effective rate of vinpocetine and cytidine diphosphate choline in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in clinic is higher than that of mere cytidine diphosphate choline, which can help patients to recover their brain functions as soon as possible and enter the society again as far as possible.
