用左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减的疗效分析

Curative Effect Observation on Levothyroxine Sodium Combined with Thyroid Tablet in Treatment of Hypothyroidism

目的分析并探讨用左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减患者的临床效果。方法整群收集该院在2014年6月—2015年6月期间收治的90例甲减患者。对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。并将这些患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。给予对照组患者甲状腺片进行治疗,而观察组在使用甲状腺片的基础上再添加左甲状腺素钠进行治疗,比较并分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者。其中观察组患者,显效20例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率为91.1%,对照组患者显效8例,有效16例,无效21例,总有效率为53.3%。在治疗过程中,参照组患者发生不良反应的情况明显没有对照组患者那么严重,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。其中观察组的不良反应率仅为4.4%,而对照组患者的不良反应率为13.3%。结论对于甲减患者而言,左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减不仅具有良好的临床疗效,还非常安全,具有良好的医疗价值,值得在临床医学界推广运用。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablet in treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were collected and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group were treated with thyroid tablet, the observation group were treated with levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablet, the clinical curative effects of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, in the observation group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.1%, in the control group, 8 case were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 21 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 53.3%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, the clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, the adverse reaction rate was 4.4% in the observation group and 13.3% in the control group. Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablet in treatment of hypothyroidism not only has a good clinical curative effect but also very safe with good medical value, which is worthy of promotion and application in medical community.
