夹层法鼓膜成形术对鼓膜穿孔的治疗作用研究

Analysis of Treatment Function of Sandwich Method Myringoplasty for Tympanic Membrane Perforation

目的探讨夹层法鼓膜成形术用于治疗鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法整群选取的122例(122耳)鼓膜穿孔患者根据治疗方式分为两组:52例(52耳)行夹层法鼓膜成形术治疗者为A组,70例(70耳)行内植法治疗者为B组,对比两组的疗效。结果 A组的鼓膜穿孔愈合率为98.08%,显著高于B组的85.71%(P<0.05);A组术后听力提高效果明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论夹层法鼓膜成形术用于治疗鼓膜穿孔疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of sandwich method myringoplasty in treatment of tympanic membrane perforation. Methods 122 cases of patients with tympanic membrane perforation（ 122 ears） were divided into group A with52 cases（ 52 eras） and group B with 70 cases（ 70 eras）, the group A were treated with sandwich method myringoplasty, the group B were treated with inner-transplant method, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The healing rate of tympanic membrane perforation in group A was obviously higher than that in the group B（98.08% vs 85.71%）（P〈 0.05）, the postoperative listening improvement effect in group A was obviously better than that in group B,（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of sandwich method myringoplasty in treatment of tympanic membrane perforation is obvious, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
