探讨卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床疗效

Study on Clincial Curative Effect of Captopril Combined with Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension

目的分析卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片应用于高血压治疗中的临床疗效和有效性。方法随机选取该院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的96例高血压患者,将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组48例。对照组单纯采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,研究组在此基础上,联用卡托普利治疗,观察两组患者经不同治疗后血压改善情况,对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果经不同治疗后,研究组收缩压(79.1±1.3)mm Hg、舒张压(120.1±3.5)mm Hg各血压指标改善情况均优于对照组的(94.8±1.8)mm Hg和(136.7±3.2)mm Hg,研究组治疗总有效率达95.8%,对照组为72.9%,研究组不良反应发生率为4.2%,对照组为16.7%,两组间综合比较,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论采用卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压,可有效改善患者的临床症状,降低血压并控制在正常范围之内,疗效效果显著,药物不良反应少,提高了患者的生活水平,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect and effectiveness of captopril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of hypertension. Methods 96 cases of patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were merely treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, the research group were treated with additional captopril on the basis of the control group, the blood pressure improvement of the two groups after treatment was observed, the clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After different treatments, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, each blood pressure index improvement in the research group were better than those in the control group,（79.1±1.3）mm Hg vs（94.8±1.8）mm Hg,（120.1±3.5）mm Hg vs（136.7±3.2）mm Hg, the total treatment effective rate was 95.8%in the research group and 72.9% in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.2% in the research group and 16.7% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was obvious by comparison P 〈0.05. Conclusion The application of captopril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of hypertension can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, decrease the blood pressure and control it within the normal range, and it has an obvious curative effect and few adverse reactions of drugs, and improves the patient ＇s living standard, which is of good clinical application value.
