分娩球配合自由体位助产对100例产妇产程及剖宫产率的影响

Effects of Midwifery with Delivery Ball and Free Position on the Birth Process and Cesarean Section Rate in 100 Puerperants

目的研究分娩球配合自由体位助产对产妇产程及剖宫产率的影响。方法随机选取该院于2014年1—12月收治的产妇100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对应随机数字为偶数者为观察组,奇数者为对照组,每组50例。观察组产妇给予分娩球配合自由体位助产,对照组产妇给予传统分娩方式。比较两组产妇产程时间和分娩结局,并评价疗效。结果观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间分别为(332.49±105.46)min、(39.91±19.32)min、(12.57±5.32)min,与对照组相比,各产程时间均明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇自然分娩例数为41例,明显多于对照组;剖宫产例数9例,明显少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分娩过程中,采用分娩球配合自由体位助产可以缓解产痛,提高产妇的分娩控制感,明显缩短产程、降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effects of midwifery with delivery ball and free position on the birth process and cesarean section rate. Methods 100 puerperants admitted in our hospital from January to December 2014 were divided into two groups in accordance with the random number table method, 50 puerperants with the even number were set as the observation group, and other 50 puerperants with the odd number were set as the control group. The observation group were given birth ball combined with free position for midwifery, the control group were treated with traditional delivery mode. The duration of labor and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared. And the efficacy was evaluated. Results The duration of first, second and third stage of labor was（332.49 ± 105.46） min,（39.91 ± 19.32） min,（12.57 ± 5.32） min,respectively in the observation group, which was shorter than that in the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. 41 puerperants had natural labor in the observation group, the number was much more than that in the control group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. The number of puerperants with cesarean section in the observation group was 9, which was much less than that in the control group with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the birth process, midwifery with birth ball and free position can relieve the labor pain, improve the sense of birth control, significantly shorten the birth process, reduce the rate of cesarean section, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
