经皮尺挠骨固定治疗单纯外伤性上尺挠关节脱位的临床疗效探讨

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Ulnar-radial Fixation on Upper Radioulnar Joint Dislocation Due to Simple Trauma

目的研究单纯外伤性上尺桡关节脱位患者采用经皮尺桡骨固定治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取临床36例该院2011年8月—2014年8月期间收治的单纯外伤性上尺桡关节脱位患者,所有患者均采用经皮尺桡骨固定治疗,观察患者治疗前后肘腕关节功能及疼痛情况。结果治疗后患者腕肘关节功能情况明显优于治疗前,P<0.05。治疗后患者VAS、ADL评分明显优于治疗前,P<0.05。所有患者术后及随访过程中均无严重并发症发生。结论单纯外伤性上尺桡关节脱位患者采用经皮尺桡骨固定治疗效果显著,有效改善腕肘关节功能,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,并发症较少,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous ulnar-radial fixation in the treatment of upper radioulnar joint dislocation due to simple trauma. Methods 36 patients with upper radioulnar joint dislocation due to simple trauma admitted in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2014 were selected. All the patients were treated by percutaneous ulnarradial fixation. The elbow and wrist joints function and pain condition before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the elbow and wrist joints function was obviously better than that before treatment, P 0.05. After treatment,the VAS and ADL scores of the patients were better than those before treatment, P0.05. There were no serious complications in the operation or in the follow-up. Conclusion For upper radioulnar joint dislocation due to simple trauma, percutaneous ulnar-radial fixation can effectively improve the elbow and wrist joints function, relieve the suffering and increase the quality of life with less complications, so the treatment is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
