摘要
目的探讨奥氮平与氯氮平联合心境稳定剂治疗躁狂症的疗效。方法从2013年5月—2015年5月来该院治疗躁狂症的患者中随机抽选出110例,对比组患者采用氯氮平联合心境稳定剂治疗;研究组则采用奥氮平联合心境稳定剂进行治疗,对比患者的疗效和不良反应。结果研究组患者出现不良反应率27.27%(15/55)明显低于对比组50.91%(28/55)(P<0.05)。其中,研究组嗜睡为4例(7.27%),体重增加为8例(14.55%),流涎为3例(5.45%)。结论两种方法疗效均较为突出,但奥氮平的患者不良反应率较低。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of olanzapine combined with mood stabilizer and clozapine combined with mood stabilizer in treatment of mania. Methods 110 cases of patients with mania treated in our hospital from May2013 to May 2015 were selected, the control group were treated with clozapine combined with mood stabilizer, the research group were treated with olanzapine combined with mood stabilizer, the curative effect and adverse reactions of the patients were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, 27.27%（15/55）vs 50.91%（28/55）,（P 0.05）, and in the research group, somnolence occurred to 4 cases（7.27%）, weight gain occurred to 8 case（14.55%）,salivation occurred to 3 cases（5.45%）. Conclusion The curative effect of these two methods is prominent, but the patients treated with olanzapine combined with mood stabilizer have a lower adverse reaction rate.
