摘要
目的观察研究临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年6月在该院住院治疗的缺血性脑卒中的患者40名,随机将这40例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组20人,对照组患者采用该院常规的护理方法,观察组采用该院临床护理路径进行康复护理,再随访3个月,观察对比两组患者护理前后NIHSS神经功能评分和Fugle-Meyer评分,以及患者及患者家属对护理的满意度。结果护理前两组患者NIHSS神经功能评分和Fugle-Meyer评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理3个月后,观察组的患者NIHSS神经功能评分和FugleMeyer评分明显比对照组患者好(P<0.05);观察组患者及家属对护理的满意度为100.0%(20/20),对照组患者及家属对护理的满意度为75%(15/20),观察组的护理满意度明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用价值高,有利于患者的恢复,而且提高了临床护理效果。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway applied to the rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods 40 cases with ischemic cerebral apoplexy underwent inpatient treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing of our hospital, and the observation group were treated by the rehabilitation nursing via the clinical nursing pathway. A 3-month follow-up was given to the patients.The NIHSS score, Fugle-Meyer score before and after nursing, and the level of satisfaction with nursing in the patients and their relatives were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, the difference between the two groups in the NIHSS score and Fugle-Meyer score was not statistically significant（P0.05）. After 3 months of nursing, the NIHSS score or Fugle-Meyer score was much better in the observation group than in the control group（P0.05）. The level of satisfaction with nursing in the patients and their relatives in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [100.0%（20/20） vs 75%（15/20）]（P0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied to the rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy has high application value, which is conducive to the recovery of patients, and improving the effect of the clinical nursing.
