心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect Observation on Xinjining Pill in Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的探究心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年7月—2015年7月该院收治的130例阵发性房颤患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组66例,采用口服盐酸普罗帕酮片进行治疗;治疗组64例,口服心悸宁丸进行治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者的心率及血压变化情况,并于治疗结束后对两组患者的心房颤动改善情况进行对比评价,同时观察比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前对两组患者的心率及血压情况进行测量后发现,两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的心率及血压情况均有所好转,但就上述指标改善的幅度来看,观察组远大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心房颤动改善上,治疗组患者的总有效率为89.06%,对照组为75.76%,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,治疗组的不良反应发生率为4.69%,与对照组(6.06%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床用药较为安全。结论心悸宁丸治疗阵发性房颤,疗效显著,能有效降低患者的心率及血压,临床用药比较安全,具有极高的临床实用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of xinjining pill in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods130 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted and treated from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups, the control group（66 cases） were treated with oral administration of propafenone hydrochloride tablets, the treatment group（ 64 cases） were treated with oral administration of xinjining pill,the heart rate and changes of blood pressure of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, the improvement of auricular fibrillation of the two groups were compared and evaluated after treatment, the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups was compared and observed at the same time. Results The differences in the heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups before treatment were not obvious without statistical significance,（P0.05）, after treatment, the heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups were improved, but the improvement degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistical significance,（P0.05）, the difference in the total effective rate of the improvement of auricular fibrillation between the treatment group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance,（89.06% vs 75.76%）（P0.05）, the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance during treatment,（4.69% vs 6.06%）（P0.05）, the clinical medication was safe. Conclusion The curative effect of xinjining pill in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is obvious,which can effectively decrease the patient＇s heart rate and blood pressure, the clinical medication is safe and it is of the highest clinical practical value.
