中医穴位埋线治疗不随意运动型脑瘫的临床疗效探析

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Chinese Medicine Catgut Implantation Treatment for Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy

目的探析中医穴位埋线治疗不随意运动型脑瘫的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的不随意运动型脑瘫患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组进行常规康复疗法,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加入中医穴位埋线治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分等。结果研究组临床治疗有效率为82.86%,对照组临床治疗有效率为60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者GMFM差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组GMFM评分为(35.05±9.43),对照组GMFM评分为(28.96±8.17),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位埋线治疗不随意运动型脑瘫具有较好的临床效果,除提高临床治疗有效率外,还能显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine catgut implantation treatment for dyskinetic cerebral palsy. Methods 70 cases of patients with dyskinetic cerebral palsy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy, the research group were given catgut implantation treatment on the basis of the control group, the clinical curative effect and gross motor function test scale（GMFM） score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The difference in the clinical treatment effective rate between the research group and the control group was obvious,（82.86% vs 60.00%）,（P0.05）, the difference in the GMFM between the two groups was not obvious before treatment,（P0.05）, the difference in the GMFM score between the research group and the control group was obvious after treatment,（35.05±9.43）vs（28.96±8.17）（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Chinese medicine catgut implantation treatment for dyskinetic cerebral palsy is good, which can not only improve the treatment effective rate but also obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
