CT检查在结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌中的鉴别诊断价值分析

Value Analysis of CT Examination in Differential Diagnosis of Nodular Goiter and Cancerous Goiter

目的探讨CT检查在结节性甲状腺肿(NG)及甲状腺癌(TC)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选择2014年1月—2015年6月该院收治的45例甲状腺癌患者及45例结节性甲状腺肿患者,将其分别纳入TC组及NG组,两组患者均接受CT平扫及增强扫描,对比两组CT特征。结果两组CT图像在肿瘤数目、平扫晕环征、囊变、结节边缘情况、颈部淋巴结情况、甲状腺包膜情况、增强扫描实性部分密度等方面对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组CT平扫以及强化值比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论 NG及TC的CT表现具有一定特征性,CT检查可为二者鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。

Objective To discuss the application value of CT examination in differential diagnosis of nodular goiter and cancerous goiter. Methods 45 cases of patients with cancerous goiter and 45 cases of patients with nodular goiter treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the TC group and the NG group, both groups received CT non-contrast enhanced scan and enhancement scan, the CT characteristics of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in the tumor number, non-contrast enhanced scan halo sign, cystic lesion, nodule margin condition, cervical lymph node condition, thyroid capsule condition and solid masses density of enhancement scan between the CT images in the two groups had statistical significance, P0.05, the differences in the CT non-contrast enhanced scan and enhancement value had no statistical significance by comparison P0.05. Conclusion The CT performance of NG and TC has a certain characteristics, and CT examination can provide reliable basis for the differential diagnosis of them.
