摘要 目的研究低剂量CT三维重建技术对儿童腺样体肥大所致上气道顺应性改变的客观评估价值。方法随机选取2014年9月—2015年6月该院收治的30例腺样体肥大患儿为观察组,以同期于该院进行健康体检的30例腺样体正常儿童为对照组。观察组患儿行CT低剂量扫描与症状计分表调查,并与对照组儿童的CT低剂量扫描后三维测量指标进行比较。结果观察组单位鼻咽腔的容积(r NPV)与鼻咽气道最狭窄处面积(r NPA)比值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且r NPA与症状严重程度呈负相关;r NPV与症状严重程度两者之间不存在相关关系。结论使用低剂量CT三维重建技术可对腺样体肥大所导致的儿童上气道顺应性改变进行客观评估,值得临床推广。 Objective The low dose CT 3 d reconstruction technology of adenoid hypertrophy in children caused by changes in the airway compliance objective assessment of the value. Methods Selection in our hospital treatment of 30 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy were as the observation group, with the same period in our hospital for physical examination of 30 cases of adenoid body normal children as control group. Observation group role of low dose CT scanning and symptoms score table, and children with the control of low dose CT scanning after comparing three dimensional measurements. Results Observation group unit nasopharyngeal cavity volume(r NPV) and nose and breathe the most narrow area ratio(r NPA) are lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance(P 0.05), and r NPA and negatively correlated with symptom severity; RNPV between symptom severity and there is no relationship. Conclusion Clinical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children can use the low dose CT 3 d reconstruction technology, to adenoid hypertrophy in children changes in airway compliance objective assessment, is worth promoting in clinic.
