多西他赛联合顺铂化疗与三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatin Chemotherapy and Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy in Concomitant Treatment of Local Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨多西他赛联合顺铂化疗与三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院于2013年6月1日—2015年12月1日收治的46例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者平分为两组。观察组采用放化疗同步治疗,对照组采用化疗后放疗序贯治疗,对比疗效。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率差异较小。结论在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中进行同步放化疗的疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy and threedimensional conformal radiotherapy in concomitant treatment of local advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 46 cases of patients from June 1,2013 to December 1, 2015 with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected and divided into two groups with 23 cases in each, the observation group were given chemo-radiotherapy concomitant treatment,the control group were given sequential treatment of chemotherapy after radiotherapy, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance, P〈0.05, the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was smaller.Conclusion The curative effect of chemo-radiotherapy concomitant treatment for patients with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer is obvious with high security, which is worth promotion and application.
