盐酸非索非那定片联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎疗效及对患者IFN-γ、IL-4的影响

Curative Effect of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets?Combined with Flu-ticasone Propionate in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Effect on IFN-γand IL-4 of Patients

目的研究分析盐酸非索非那定片联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果以及对其IFN-γ、IL-4的影响。方法整群选取变应性鼻炎患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组给予盐酸非索非那定片联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗,对比两组疗效及IFN-γ、IL-4水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗后临床症状评分和治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-γ高于对照组,IL-4低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎效果显著,可明显减轻患者临床症状,改善血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平,值得推广。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of？fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with fluticasone propionate in treatment of allergic rhinitis and effect on IFN-γ and IL-4 patients. Methods 82 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group were treated with fluticasone propionate, the observation group were treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with fluticasone propionate, the curative effect and changes of IFN-γ and IL-4 levels of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom score after treatment and treatment effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the IFN-γ after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the IL-4 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ？fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with fluticasone propionate in treatment of allergic rhinitis is obvious, which can obviously reduce the patient＇s clinical symptoms and improve the serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels, and it is worth promoting.
