术中保温护理对肝癌患者低体温发生率及凝血功能的影响探讨

Effect of Intraoperative Heat-preservation Nursing on the Incidence of Hypothermia and Blood Coagulation Function in Patients with Liver Cancer

目的 探讨术中保温护理对肝癌患者低体温发生率及凝血功能的影响。方法整群选取2013年5月—2015年5月该院收治的肝癌患者62例作为观察对象,按照抽签法随机分为实验组（n=31）和对照组（n=31）,实验组患者采用保温护理方法,对照组患者则采用常规护理。对两组患者的低体温发生率和凝血功能各项指标的变化进行观察对比。结果实验组患者的低体温发生率为6.4%,明显低于对照组的32.3%,组间差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=6.6133;P〈0.05）;在手术后对患者凝血功能的观察中,实验组患者的PT、TT、APTT、FIB等均要明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论术中保温护理能够有效减少肝癌患者的低体温发生率,缓解患者的病痛,并且保护患者的凝血功能,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of intraoperative heat-preservation nursing on the incidence of hypothermia and blood coagulation function in patients with liver cancer. Methods 62 cases with liver cancer admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group（n=31） and the control group（n =31） in accordance with the drawing method. Patients in the experimental group were treated by the heat-preservation nursing, while those in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing. The incidence of hypothermia and change of blood coagulation function of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of hypothermia was much lower in the experimental group than that in the control group（6.4% vs 32.3%）（χ~2= 6.6133; P〈0.05）.The postoperative observation of the blood coagulation function showed that the PT, TT, APTT and FIB was significantly better in the experimental group than that in the control group, respectively（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with liver cancer, intraoperative heat-preservation nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia, alleviate the pain, protect the blood coagulation function with high clinical value, so it is worthy of promotion.
