早期护理干预对全麻腰椎术后患者腹胀的影响

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Patients with Postoperative Abdom-inal Distension after Lumbar Spine Surgery with General Anesthesia

目的探析全麻腰椎术后患者腹胀受到早期护理干预的影响效果。方法随机选择2012年9月—2015年6月期间该院收治的120例行全麻腰椎术患者为研究对象,运用数字表法随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用综合护理,对两组的术后腹胀发生情况、肠功能恢复时间进行对比。结果观察组和对照组的腹胀发生率分别为13.33%、46.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的肠功能恢复时间分别为(21.22±5.14)、(36.77±10.18)h,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予全麻腰椎术患者早期护理干预,不仅能够降低术后腹胀发生率,还能促进肠功能恢复,改善患者的营养状况,值得推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on patients with postoperative abdominal distension after lumbar spine surgery with general anesthesia. Methods 120 cases underwent lumbar spine surgery with general anesthesia in our hospital from September 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomized into two groups in accordance with numerical table method, the control group and the observation group, treated by the conventional nursing,comprehensive nursing, respectively. The incidence of postoperative abdominal distention, bowel movement recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of abdominal distension was 13.33%, 46.67% respectively in the observation group and control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The bowel movement recovery time was（21.22 ± 5.14） h,（36.77 ± 10.18） h, respectively in the observation group and control group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with lumbar spine surgery with general anesthesia, early nursing intervention can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention, but also promote the intestinal function recovery and improve the nutritional status, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
