益气通脉汤治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的效果评价

Effect Evaluation on Decoction for Tonifying Qi in Treatment of Coronary Disease Complicated with Angina Pectoris

目的 探究益气通脉汤治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的临床疗效。方法随机择取该院2013年1月—2014年12月收治的冠心病合并心绞痛患者100例,按照数字随机法分为常规组和研究组,每组患者50例。分别采用西医与中医治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为96.0%和78.0%(P<0.05);研究组患者的血流动力学改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并心绞痛患者采用益气通脉汤治疗的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血流动力学指标,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of decoction for tonifying qi in treatment of coronary disease complicated with angina pectoris. Methods 100 cases of patients with coronary disease complicated with angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the conventional group were treated with western medicine, the research group were treated with Chinese medicine, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total treatment effective rate was96.0% in the research group and 78.0% in the conventional group,（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of haemodynamics in the research group was obviously better than that in the conventional group（P0.05）. Conclusion Decoction for tonifying qi in treatment of coronary disease complicated with angina pectoris has an obvious clinical curative effect, which can obviously improve the patient＇s haemodynamics index and improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
