中西医结合治疗阳性症状为主的精神分裂症的应用价值

Application Value of Combined Treatment of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Schizophrenia Patients with Positive Symptoms

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗阳性症状为主的精神分裂症的临床价值。方法随机选取该院2014年7月—2015年8月期间140例阳性症状为主的精神分裂症患者采用随机法平均分为两组,研究组患者采取中西医结合进行治疗,对照组采取常规西药进行治疗。采用阳性与阴性症状量表评分表(PANSS)对两组患者的精神分裂症状况进行评定,并比较两组的治疗总有效率。结果经过3个月的治疗后,两组精神分裂病患者的PANSS评分均得到一定程度的减少。研究组的治疗总有效率为95.71%,对照组的治疗总有效率为74.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中西医结合治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果较好,其精神状况改善良好,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of combined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine for schizophrenia patients with positive symptoms. Methods 140 cases of schizophrenia patients with positive symptoms treated in our department from July 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the research group were treated with combined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine, the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, the schizophrenia state of the two groups was evaluated by positive and negative symptom scale score（PANSS）,and the total treatment effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the PANSS score of the two groups decreased to a certain extent, there was an difference in the total treatment effective rate between the research group and the control group（95.71% vs 74.29%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine for schizophrenia patients has a better clinical effect and the improvement of the patient＇s mental state is good, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
