综合疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症60例疗效分析

Curative Effect Observation on Complex Treatment for 60 Cases with Pruritus Ani

目的 分析肛门瘙痒症实施综合治疗方案的临床效果。方法随机选择该院于2014年3月—2015年7月收治的肛门瘙痒症患者60例,按照不同治疗方法分为两个组别,其中对照组(肛周封闭疗法)、试验组(综合疗法)各30例。观察临床疗效,比较症状改善时间和复发情况。结果试验组治疗有效29例(96.7%),高于对照组的22例(73.3%);患者瘙痒缓解时间、皮损好转时间均短于对照组;病情复发率(0%)低于对照组(20.0%)。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论针对肛门瘙痒症患者,实施综合治疗方案疗效确切,能够提高治疗有效率、缩短症状改善时间,减少病情复发,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of complex treatment for poruritus ani. Methods 60 cases of patients with pruritus ani admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the control group（perianal blocking therapy） and the test group（complex treatment） with 30 cases in each, the clinical curative effect was observed and the symptom improvement time and recurrence situation of the two groups were compared. Results the treatment effective rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,（96.7% vs 73.3%）,（ 29 cases vs 22cases）, the itch relief time and skin lesion improvement time in the test group were shorter than those in the control group,the recurrence rate of the patient＇s condition in the test group was lower than that in the control group,（0% vs 20.0%）, P〈0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The complex treatment for pruritus ani has a definite curative effect, which can improve the treatment effective rate, shorten the improvement time of symptoms and reduce the recurrence of the patient＇s condition, which is worth clinical promotion.
