摘要
目的探究采用显微外科手术不同入路治疗颅脑鞍区肿瘤的效果。方法随机选择该院2012年11月—2015年11月收治的颅脑鞍区肿瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。给予对照组额底入路方式治疗,给予观察组翼点入路方式治疗。对比两组疗效。结果观察组头痛、肿瘤压迫以及恶心呕吐等症状总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用翼点入路方式治疗可有效降低术后不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of different surgical approaches in the treatment of brain tumors in the saddle area. Methods In our hospital from November 2012 to November 2015, 60 patients with brain tumors in the saddle area were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases. The control group was given subfrontal approach treatment, the observation group was given treatment via pterional approach. Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results The total incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group of headache group, tumor compression and nausea, vomiting and other symptoms observation, and the difference is significant（P〈0.05）; observation group quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pterional approach therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
