不同年龄小儿肺炎中病原体感染的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨儿童肺炎感染常见病原的感染率、混合感染情况,为临床的诊治提供依据和参考。方法整群选取2014年6月—2015年6月间该院收治的139例肺炎患儿,晨起空腹抽取静脉血3 m L,应用间接荧光免疫法来进行9种病原体检测,对检测出的结果进行分析。结果①在检测的9种病原体中,检出率从高到低排列依次为肺炎支原体(MP)39.57%、肺炎军团菌(LPNL)19.42%、乙型流感病毒(Flu B)11.51%、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)7.19%、腺病毒(ADV)6.47、甲型流感病毒(Flu A)5.76%、副流感病毒(PIV)4.32%、Q热立克次体(QFR)1.44%、肺炎衣原体(CP)0.72%。②在肺炎4个年龄组中合并两种病原体感染在3〈年龄≤6组发生率高于其他年龄组(P〈0.05)。结论①肺炎支原体为小儿常见病原。②混合感染多见于3~6岁小儿。 Objective To discuss the infection rate and mixed infection situation of common pathogens in the pneumonia infection in children in order to provide basis and reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 139 cases of children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected, and 3ml fasting venous blood were taken in the morning, 9 kinds of pathogens were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay, the detection Results were analyzed. Results ①In the 9 kinds of pathogens, the detection rate from high to low was in turn mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) 39.57%, legionella pneumophila(LPNL) 19.42%, influenza B virus(Flu B) 11.51%, respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) 7.19%, adenovirus(ADV) 6.47%, influenza A virus(Flu A) 5.76%, parainfluenza virus(PIV) 4.32%, q fever rickettsia(QFR) 1.44%, chlamydia pneumoniae(CP) 0.72%. ②In the four age groups of pneumonia, the incidence of two merged pathogen infection in the 3age≤6 group was higher than the other age groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion ①Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a common pathogen in children.②Mixed infection is more common in children from 3 to 6 years old.
