防粘连冲洗液在重复性剖宫产中的应用

Application of Anti-Adhesion Flushing Fluid in the Repeated Cesarean Section

目的观察和探讨防粘连冲洗液在重复性剖宫产中的应用效果。方法选择于2013年8月—2015年1月该院收治的进行重复剖宫产的800例患者作为研究对象,重复性剖宫产中使用防粘连冲洗液(羧甲基壳聚糖及平衡液)的400例患者作为治疗组,未使用防粘连冲洗液的400例患者作为对照组。其中治疗组25例第3次剖宫产,对照组18例第3次剖宫产。两组患者根据体征及B超进行粘连比较,并且对两组第3次剖宫产产术中粘连情况进行比较。结果观察组的粘连发生率显著低于对照组,并且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防粘连冲洗液可以显著降低重复性剖宫产的粘连发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and discuss the application value of anti-adhesion flushing fluid in the repeated cesarean section. Methods 800 cases of patients with repeated cesarean section admitted and treated in our hospital from August2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 400 cases in each, the treatment group used anti-adhesion flushing fluid（carboxymethyl chitosan and equilibrium liquid） in the repeated cesarean section, the control group didn＇t use anti-adhesion flushing fluid, 25 cases in the treatment group were the third cesarean section, 18 cases in the control group were the third cesarean section, the adhesion of the two groups was compared according to the signs and B ultrasound, the intraoperative adhesion of the two groups in the third cesarean section was compared.Results The incidence of adhesion in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group with an obvious difference P〈0.05. Conclusion Anti-adhesion flushing fluid can obviously decreases the incidence of adhesion of repeated cesarean section, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
