关节软骨损伤修复术临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Articular Cartilage Injury Repairing

目的探讨关节软骨损伤修复术的临床疗效。方法随机数字法将该院2012年3月—2015年5月收治的120例膝关节软骨损伤患者分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者行关节镜下关节清理术,研究组患者行关节镜下微骨折修复术,记录并观察患者术中表现及术后并发症,对两组患者进行HSS评分和Tegner运动评级,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组患者HSS评分为(84.21±7.25)分,对照组患者HSS评分为(62.95±6.14)分,研究组患者HSS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(86.67%)显著高于对照组(50.00%),(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下微骨折术修复关节软骨损伤有效率高、能显著改善患者关节活动能力,临床效果显著,值得应用推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of articular cartilage injury repairing. Methods 120 cases of patients with knee joint cartilage injury admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with arthroscopic debridement, the research group were treated with arthroscopic micro-fracture repairing, the intraoperative manifestation and postoperative complications of the patients were recorded and observed, the two groups were given HSS score and Tegner sports rating, and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The HSS score in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（84.21±7.25） points vs（62.95±6.14） points, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05, the total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（86.67% vs 50.00%）P〈0.05. Conclusion The effective rate of arthroscopic micro-fracture repairing is high, which can obviously improve the joint activity of the patients with an obvious clinical effect, which is worth application and promotion.
