微型种植体支抗和非种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的效果对比

Effect Comparison of Micro-Implant Anchorage and Non-Implant Anchorage in the Teenager Orthodontics Treatment

目的比较微型种植体支抗和非种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的效果。方法选取该院于2012年9月—2015年8月收治的青少年错牙合畸形患者260例,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组130例,观察组患者采用微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组患者采用非种植体支抗治疗。治疗后,对两组的治疗效果与不良反应进行对比分析。结果治疗后,观察组上中切牙凸距差为(4.1±1.3)mm,对照组上中切牙凸距差为(2.2±0.9)mm,观察组的磨牙位移(3.7±0.3)mm,对照组的磨牙位移(6.1±0.6)mm,两组结果比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组错牙合畸形正畸治疗术后的不良反应相比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于青少年口腔正畸治疗采用微型种植体支抗的效果显著好于非种植体支抗,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To compare the effect of micro-implant anchorage and non-implant anchorage in the teenager orthodontics treatment. Methods 260 cases of teenagers with patho-occlusion admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 130 cases in each, the observation group were treated with micro-implant anchorage, the control group were treated with non-implant anchorage, the treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed after treatment. Results After treatment, the upper middle incisor convex distance difference was（4.1±1.3） mm in the observation group and（2.2±0.9） mm in the control group, the molar displacement was（3.7±0.3） mm in the observation group and（6.1±0.6） mm in the control group, the differences in the results between the two groups were statistically significant by comparison（P〈0.05）, the difference in the adverse reaction after the orthodontic treatment for patients with patho-occlusion between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of micro-implant anchorage in the teenager orthodontics treatment is better than that of non-implant anchorage, and it can＇t increase the adverse reaction, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
