2%硝酸银软膏联合10%氯化钠外敷治疗多西他赛致静脉炎30例效果探讨

Effect Observation on 2% Silver Nitrate Ointment Combined with 10% Common Salt in Dressing Treatment of 30 Cases with Phlebitis Caused by Docetaxel

目的探讨2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷治疗多西他赛外渗所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将该院2012年3月—2015年11月收治的60例多西他赛化疗致静脉炎的患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷,对照组采用50%的硫酸镁外敷,比较两组患者用药一周临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组（χ^2=18.4,P=0.0001）。结论 2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷治疗多西他赛治静脉炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective discuss the clinical curative effect of exterior？coating of 2% silver nitrate ointment combined with hot-wet compression of 10% common salt in treatment of phlebitis caused by the exosmosis of docetaxel. Methods 60 cases of patients with phlebitis caused by docetaxel chemotherapy treated in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the treatment group were treated with exterior coating of 2%silver nitrate ointment combined with hot-wet compression of 10% common salt, the control group were treated with exterior coating of 50% magnesium, the clinical curative effect of the two groups after one-week of medication was compared.Results The total treatment effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,（χ~2=18.4,P =0.0001）. Conclusion The curative effect of exterior？coating of 2% silver nitrate ointment combined with hot-wet compression of 10% common salt in treatment of phlebitis caused by docetaxel is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
