复方血栓通胶囊在眼底疾病治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule?in Treatment of Fundus Oculi Disease

目的对复方血栓胶囊在眼底疾病治疗中的应用价值分析。方法在该院2013年11月—2015年11月实施治疗的眼底疾病患者中随机选取80例(80眼),将患者分成两组,其中对照组患者实施复方丹参片治疗,观察组患者实施复方血栓通胶囊治疗,对比分析两组患者的视力变化。结果治疗前,两组患者是视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的≤0.1比例(20.0%)和对照组(30.0%)相比显著偏低,观察组≥0.5比例(20.0%)和对照组(10.0%)相比显著偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论复方血栓通胶囊在眼底疾病患者临床治疗中能够显著改善患者视力,取得良好临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of compound xueshuantong capsule？in treatment of fundus oculi disease. Methods 80 cases（80 eyes） of patients with fundus oculi disease treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with compound danshen tablets, the observation group were treated with compound xueshuantong capsule, the vision changes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, the difference in the vision between the two groups was not statistically significant, P〈0.05, after treatment, the ratio of patients whose vision ≤ 0.1 in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（20.0% vs 30.0%）, the ratio of patients whose vision ≥ 0.5 in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（20.0% vs 10.0%）, there were differences P〈0.05 by comparison, the total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, there was a difference P〈0.05 by comparison. Conclusion Compound xueshuantong capsule in the clinical treatment of patients with fundus oculi disease can obviously improve the patient＇s vision and obtain a good clinical effect, which is worth promotion and application.
