醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者血中细胞因子水平影响的研究

Research on Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Cytokine Levels in Patients with Acute Brain Hemorrhage

目的研究分析醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者血中细胞因子水平影响。方法经随机数字表法把方便选取的该院于2013年7月—2015年8月收治的64例急性脑出血患者分为两组,即研究组和对照组,各32例,两组患者均予以常规治疗,包含有血糖控制、脱水降颅内压以及调控血压等,研究组患者应用醒脑静注射液治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后血肿细胞因子水平变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组TNF-α为(55.2±4.8)ug/L,IL-1为(12.8±4.2)ku/L,IL-6为(43.7±10.4)ku/L;研究组TNF-α为(34.3±3.6)ug/L,IL-1为(5.1±0.9ku/L,IL-6为(46.8±10.1)ku/L,经治疗两组患者TNF-α、IL-6以及IL-1均明显下降,其中研究组患者TNF-α和IL-1水平明显比对照组低,二者数据比较差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论对急性脑出血患者应用醒脑静注射液,可有效改善患者血中细胞因子水平,便于患者神经功能恢复,推荐在临床中使用。

Objective To research and analyze the effect of xingnaojing injection on cytokine levels in patients with acute brain hemorrhage. Methods 64 cases of patients with acute brain hemorrhage admitted and treated in our hospital from July2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, both groups were given conventional treatment including glucose control, intracranial pressure reduction by dehydration and blood pressure regulation, the research group were treated with xingnaojing injection on this basis, the changes of cytokine levels in hematoma of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 were55.2±4.8 ug/L, 12.8±4.2ku/L and 43.7±10.4 ku/L in the control group and 34.3±3.6ug/L, 5.1±0.9ku/L and 46.8±10.1 ku/L in the research group, after treatment, the TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 of the two groups were obviously decreased, the TNF-αand IL-1 levels in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection for patients with acute brain hemorrhage can effectively improve the cytokine levels in hematoma in patients, which is conducive to the recovery of neural function, and it is recommended to be used in clinic.
