应用中医针灸、理疗对肩周炎患者疼痛缓解和肩关节功能恢复的临床研究

Clinical Research on Effect of the Application of Chinese Medicine Acupunc-ture and Physiotherapy on Easement of Pain and Recovery of Shoulder Joint Function in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探讨针灸、理疗对肩周炎患者疼痛缓解和肩关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取该院2013年8月—2015年9月诊治的肩周炎患者共88例,随机分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组针灸治疗。在对照组基础上,给予观察组理疗治疗。观察治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.4%,肩关节疼痛缓解评分为(1.43±2.34)分,功能恢复评分为(2.75±1.86)分,均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合理疗治疗肩周炎,能够缓解患者肩关节的疼痛,恢复肩关节功能,效果显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture and physiotherapy on easement of pain and recovery of shoulder joint function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 88 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in our hospital from August 2013 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with acupuncture, the observation group were treated with physiotherapy on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate, pain relief score of shoulder joint and functional recovery score were respectively 95.4%,（1.43±2.34） points and（2.75±1.86） points in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group, and there were differences between groups by comparison（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture and physiotherapy in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can relieve the shoulder joint pain and recover the shoulder joint function with obvious effects.
