中西医结合治疗更年期抑郁症效果探讨

Effect Observation on Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Involutional Depression

目的探讨中西医结合治疗更年期抑郁症的临床效果。方法整群选取该院在2014年2月—2015年2月期间收治的65例更年期抑郁症患者,随机将患者分为两组,对照组(32例)和观察组(33例),对照组行西医治疗,观察组行中西医结合治疗,观察两组总有效率、HAMD评分情况。结果观察组总有效率(81.25%)明显高于对照组(71.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后HAMD评分(8.45±2.74)明显低于对照组(9.85±2.27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应(2.86%)明显低于对照组(22.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更年期抑郁症治疗中,予以中医结合治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for involutional depression. Methods 65 cases of patients with involutional depression admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group（32cases） were given western medicine treatment, the observation group（33 cases） were given combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the total effective rate and HAMD score of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group with statistical significance（81.25% vs 71.87%）,（P〈0.05）, the HAMD score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [（8.45±2.74） vs（9.85±2.27）], the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, the adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（2.86% vs 22.86%）, the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for involutional depression is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
