摘要
目的酒精依赖患者功能磁共振脑结构的改变研究。方法收集该院2012年3月—2015年6月诊治的50例酒精依赖患者,同时收集同期健康体检的人员50例,均采用美国通用G3.0磁共振进行MRI进行检查,同时采用MQ反映被试总的记忆能力,采用韦氏记忆量表和韦氏成人智力量表测试认知功能。结果两组人员MRI体积检查比较:观察组左侧脑室颞角宽度(4.758±1.048)nm,左侧海马体积(2.205±0.311)m^3,右侧侧脑室颞角宽度(4.745±1.026)nm,右侧海马体积(2.242±0.356)m^3,对照组左侧脑室颞角宽度(2.286±0.216)nm,左侧海马体积(3.177±0.246)m^3,右侧侧脑室颞角宽度(2.279±0.222)nm,右侧海马体积(3.151±0.211)m^3,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组人员韦氏成人智力量表(WAI)、韦氏记忆商及因子分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精依赖患者存在明显的认知功能损害及脑结构异常,限制酒精摄入量或戒酒是预防酒精依赖的关键。
Objective To research the function magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in changes of brain structure in patients with alcohol dependence. Methods 50 cases of patients with alcohol dependence diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2015 were collected, and 50 cases of healthy physical examined people were collected at the same time, and all of them were given MRI examination by American general G3.0 magnetic resonance, the memory ability was reflected by MQ, and the cognitive function was tested by Wechsler Memory Scale and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale.Results The comparison of MRI volume examination of the two groups showed that the left lateral ventricle temporal horn width, left hippocampal volume, right lateral ventricle temporal horn width and right hippocampal volume were respectively（4.758±1.048） nm,（2.205±0.311） m^3,（4.745±1.026） nm and（2.242±0.356） m^3 in the observation group and（2.286 ±0.216）nm,（3.177±0.246） m^3,（2.279±0.222） nm and（3.151±0.211） m^3 in the control group, and there were obvious differences between the two groups by comparison（P〈0.05）, the differences in the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（WAI） and Wechsler Memory quotient and factor scores between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with alcohol dependence have obvious cognitive impairments and？structural brain abnormalities, and limiting alcohol intake or temperance is the key to prevent alcohol dependence.
