宝钢芯棒坯轧后开裂的原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 从分析芯棒轧制工艺入手 ,在观察芯棒开裂断口形状基础上 ,对芯棒组织性能进行了研究 ,分析了影响芯棒开裂的各种因素 ,并提出了改进轧制工艺的主要措施。试验及实践结果表明 ,改进后芯棒轧后开裂明显减少。 Beginning with the analysis of the rolling process of mandrel steel H11 and based on the observance of the shape of the fractures,this paper studied its microstructures and properties and analyzed the effects of various factors. Three main improvement methods were put forward. After three years trail and practice,the results showed that there was an obvious reduction of the occurrence of cracking of mandrel billet during the rolling process
