摘要
目的:探讨中医教学应用“案例教学法”的效果。方法:我校120例中医专业学生随机分为对照组(60例)和试验组(60例),日常授课分别采用常规教学法和案例教学法,比较两组学生临床考核成绩和教学质量满意度。结果:试验组临床考核成绩显著高于对照组(P〈0.05):试验组学生教学质量满意度显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:“案例教学法”用于中医教学可有效提高学生对临床理论及操作知识的掌握程度,有助于改善教学工作质量。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of "case teaching" in TCM education. Methods: 120 students of TCM speciality of our school were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and experimental group (60 cases), separately used conventional teaching and case teach- ing in daily teaching, and compared the results of clinical examination and satisfaction of teaching quality of two groups. Results: The results of clini- cal examination of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05); the satisfaction of teaching quality of experi- mental group was higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The application of "case teaching" in TCM education can effectively im- prove the master degree of clinical theory and manipulating knowledge of students, which is conducive to improve the quality of teaching.
