摘要
目的：探讨中医教学应用“案例教学法”的效果。方法：我校120例中医专业学生随机分为对照组（60例）和试验组（60例），日常授课分别采用常规教学法和案例教学法，比较两组学生临床考核成绩和教学质量满意度。结果：试验组临床考核成绩显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）：试验组学生教学质量满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：“案例教学法”用于中医教学可有效提高学生对临床理论及操作知识的掌握程度，有助于改善教学工作质量。
Objective： To investigate the application effect of ＂case teaching＂ in TCM education. Methods： 120 students of TCM speciality of our school were randomly divided into control group （60 cases） and experimental group （60 cases）, separately used conventional teaching and case teach- ing in daily teaching, and compared the results of clinical examination and satisfaction of teaching quality of two groups. Results： The results of clini- cal examination of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）; the satisfaction of teaching quality of experi- mental group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The application of ＂case teaching＂ in TCM education can effectively im- prove the master degree of clinical theory and manipulating knowledge of students, which is conducive to improve the quality of teaching.
