Review on Mechanical Fault Diagnosis of High-voltage Circuit Breakers

高压断路器安全可靠运行具有十分重要的工程意义。文中在调研高压断路器常见机械故障类型的基础上,探讨了不同故障产生的原因。评述了目前国内外高压断路器机械故障诊断技术,从机械故障特征量的提取以及故障识别的角度,对其进行了深入的分析。最后综合高压断路器机械故障诊断技术发展现状,指出了目前机械故障诊断急需解决的问题及其发展方向。

The safe and reliable operation of high-voltage circuit breaker is of great significance. In this paper, the survey of mechanical fault types and fault reasons of high-voltage circuit breaker is introduced. Then the mechanical fault diagnosis methods of high-voltage circuit breaker are discussed. Furthermore, the deep analyses are carried out on the mechanical fault characteristic quantity extraction and mechanical fault identification method. According to the development of high-voltage circuit breaker mechanical fault diagnosis methods, the key problems and development tendency are pointed out.
