摘要
针对仪征化纤热电生产中心动态旋转式粗粉分离器存在的缺点,对原粗粉分离器结构和参数进行了优化改造。对改造前、后的粗粉分离器性能进行了现场试验和分析。结果表明,与改造前相比,改造后动态分离器的分离效率和煤粉均匀性都有所提高,制粉系统的出力显著提高。
Focusing on the issues encountered by the dynamic separators in Yizheng Chemical Fibre Production Centre, we proposed several measures to optimize the structure and parameters of the original separators. After performing these measures, the separators' performance was analyzed by using field testing data. The results indicated that both the separation efficiency and the uniformity of the pulverized coal had been significantly improved; also, the output capacity of the separators had been increased.
