摘要
通过辊弯拱型波纹板的回弹公式计算和有限元模拟计算 ,探讨了辊弯拱型波纹板的回弹问题。研究得出 ,辊弯拱型波纹板的回弹过程是一个应力释放过程 ,回弹后的最大变形量降低 ;带有侧边板的拱型波纹板回弹前后曲率半径变化不大 ,而无侧边板的拱型波纹板曲率半径变化较大 ;理论曲率半径值与实测结果基本符合。
