摘要
具有国际缔约性质的2015年世界无线电通信大会(WRC-15),对无线电通信的国际规则框架《无线电规则》进行了审议和必要的修订。会议研究了40多个与频率划分和频率共用有关的问题,并确定了2019年世界无线电通信大会的各项议题。本文对WRC-15会议情况进行了总结,介绍了移动通信相关议题的进展,并对今后的工作进行了展望。
The World Radiocommunication Conferences 2015（WRC-15） reviewed and revised the radio regulations, the international treaty governing the use of the radio communication services and applications. WRC-15 addressed over 40 topics related to frequency allocation and frequency sharing for the efficient use of spectrum and orbital resources and identified agenda items for The World Radiocommunication Conferences 2019. This paper summarized the results of WRC-15, especially introduced the progress of agenda items related to mobile communications, and gave an overview of future studies.
