4G(TD-LTE)作为我国主导的新一代移动通信国际技术标准,是3G(TD-SCDMA)标准的继承、发展和演进。本文通过对全球TD-LTE中TDD技术的专利布局、全球TD-LTE知识产权发展环境进行梳理,重点对我国TDD技术专利布局进行分析,明确现阶段我国推进TD-LTE过程中知识产权所处环境及可能遇到的问题,以便快速推进我国TD-LTE的网络部署和商用。

As the leading new generation of mobile communication technology standards, 4G（TD- LTE）is the inheritance and development of 3G（TDSCDMA）standards. In this paper, we analyze the patent layout of TDD in TD-LTE,the global development environment of TD- LTE intellectual property and analyze the patent layout of TDD in China,and to define the environment and the potential problems of intellectual property in the process of promoting TD-LTE in China, so as to promote the rapid development of China＇s TD-LTE network deployment and commercial.
