摘要
电网智能化建设是当前我国电网建设的重点。为科学评价我国电网智能化发展水平,提出电网智能化发展评价指标体系。指标体系总体为4级结构,将电网智能化划分为信息化、自动化、互动化三大特征,同时覆盖了电网智能化建设各个主要环节。在此基础上,提出了运用粗糙集法提取关键指标的方法,所提取的关键指标能够宏观综合反映电网智能化核心特征,可用于对电网智能化建设水平的整体评价。最后给出了核心指标的参考目标值,可对电网智能化建设中的薄弱环节进行分析,提高电网智能化建设的效率和科学性。
Grid intelligence is the key point of China's grid construction.The evaluation index system of grid intelligence development which is generally separated into four levels of structure is proposed in order to scientifically evaluate China's grid intelligence development level.The grid intelligence is divided into three major characteristics of"informatization","automation"and"interaction",which cover various major links of grid intelligent construction.On the basis of above,A method of extracting key indexes by means of rough set is proposed,the extracted key indexes can macroscopically and comprehensively reflect core features of grid intelligence,which can be used to perform overall evaluation on the level of grid intelligence construction.Finally,the reference target values of core indexes are presented to analyze the weak links in the construction,improving the efficiency and scientificity of grid intelligence construction.
