摘要 标准配送式智能配电台区以其建设工期短、安全系数高、检修维护方便等特征,将成为未来智能电网台区建设的重要发展方向。文章基于全寿命周期成本管理理念,提出了标准配送式智能配电台区全寿命周期成本方案优化模型,包括台区投资成本、报废成本、运行维护成本、损耗成本和故障成本等,并提出了相应的模型求解方法。在此基础上利用等年值法对配电台区的成本模型进行分析,以全寿命周期成本最小对台区设备进行优化配置,以提高配电台区的经济性。以某新建的400k VA智能配电台区进行了算例仿真和分析,分析结果表明了所提模型和算法的可行性和有效性。 Due to the characteristics of short construction cycle,high security coefficient and convenient maintenance,smart power distribution area of standard distribution type have a prosperous future.Based on the management philosophy of life cycle cost,the paper proposes an optimal model with its calculation method of smart distribution area of standard distribution type,considering the costs of investment,disposal,maintenance,loss and fault.Then,the analysis of distribution area capital model is conducted using the method of uniform annual value,and thus optimal configuration of the area facilities is determined with the purpose of minimum cycle life cost in order to improve the economy of the area.The simulation and analysis of a newconstructed smart power distribution area with capacity of 400 k VA is carried out.The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented model and algorithm.
